Alejandra Prado
Violence Prevention Coordinator
I am Alejandra Prado, and I am a senior pursuing a bachelor's in Human Development and Psychology with an additional major in Humanities and a minor in Business Administration. With this, I hope to pursue a Ph.D. in Public Health or a related field. Outside of my academics, I am involved in research and leading a research project on rural farmworker health. I am also the Executive Director of Speakers for the Student Entertainment Board, Academics Officer for Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc., Resident Advisor for the High School Equivalency Program, a student mentor for WSU's Honors College, and a participant of the Ronald E. McNair Scholars Program. A bit more about myself: I am originally from sunny Los Angeles, California, and have lived in Washington for the last 10 years. Outside of work and academia, I am the mom to four fur babies: my two mini Aussies, Dodger and Chanel, a dachshund, Pinto, and Chihuahua mix, Shaggy! I love traveling, going on road trips and concerts, and hanging out with friends and family!
